This image series is meant to give a voice to our environment by highlighting the beauty of mother nature while the dress materials show the man-made waste that is destroying our environment. Innovative designer, Candi Gordon, 
a SCAD graduate whose focus is sustainability in the fashion industry created the pieces. Each garment is made from used plastics, fishing line, and rope found while diving our coastline. The goal was utilize these non traditional  materials while still keeping a luxurious and high fashion aesthetic to show fashion can be used as a weapon in the fight for our planet.
